Below are our shipping rates for items shipped within the contiguous U.S. The shipping costs do not apply to "membership gifts" since
those are a little card we can just put in an envelope. Shipping costs for "membership gifts" are $1.95.
For membership gifts, please provide "shipping to" information in the PayPal checkout.
If you're getting a membership for yourself, you can just redeem it when you come in the store.
